DELIVERY
Pickup and delivery may be provided by Bobcat of Springfield
for a fee. Fee depends upon location. Please call for
information.
INSURANCE
Customer is responsible for providing proof of liability
and property damage insurance. Custome3r shall insure
rented equipment for its full value against physical
damage and loss, including vandalism and theft. If insurance
is not provided, customer must pay for the applicable
Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) for an additional charge of
5% of the rental fee.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of all rental charges in advance is required
for all cash and new customers.
SERVICE
All equipment is serviced, full of fuel, to be returned
to Bobcat of Springfield in like condition. It is the
customer's responsibility to follow the Manufacturer's
suggested service policy while on rent. Normal daily
and periodic servicing is to include oil, grease and
filters. All rentals are based on 160 hour months. Excessive
hourly usage will be charged on a prorated basis when
equipment is returned.
SAFETY
Customer is responsible for furnishing qualified operators
to ensure the safe operation of equipment. Customer
is responsible to maintain the safety features in operation
during rentals, i.e. back-up alarms, seat belts, ROPS,
canopies, etc. Call J.U.L.I.E. two working days before
